Hello Friends,
Thank you for visiting my blog. I am so excited to see how many of you are so far away--its amazing!
Please stop by again and leave a comment with any feedback you wish to give me. Let me know what types of things you'd like to see on here, what topics you'd like to discuss and what things are the most important to you.
I promise I will try to be as creative and personal as possible in bringing you the best content available.
I have been thinking very carefully about this project. I am enjoying it immensley-it is so exciting to watch the preparations as William and Kate get ready for their big day. I am getting ready for my own celebration with friends and family on the big day, which I will post for all to see.
I can't help but slow down and think about Diana, and how she described herself as a product being sold to the highest bidder. I have researched and read a great deal about her thoughts on the media and it is a very sad and difficult topic to broach. I am highly cognizant of the fact that my blogging business requirements seem to be part of what she hated the most. I want to honor her memory and respect her son and future daughter in law by creating a blog she would approve of.
We are all so excited and happy for her son and his fiance, and we are glued to each latest development because it fascinates us. We must remember and be aware of how the media attention can corner people in an unhealthy way. I want to get your feedback about what you this is newsworthy, and meaningful content.
Thank you again for sharing this with me. It is really a joy. I look forward to getting to know you all.
Please be sure to leave a comment and say hello.
Love Mellie
